Sure: If the surgeon is good you can chose from a menu. Look at how michael jackson's changed over time in the old pictures.

Possibly: Depending upon the shape of the existing nose, a rhinoplasty can render a change that might resemble a contour that one might classify as "european". This certainly would depend upon one's definition of a particular shape or contour. In short, rhinoplasty will create changes in the existing contour of one's nose--not give one a completely "new" nose.

Reshaping the nose: Rhinoplasty can reshape the nose in a large variety of different ways. During rhinoplasty the dorsum can be augmented (bridge built), the tip projection increased and made more refined (taller and pointier), and a dorsal hump can even be added to make a nose look "european".

Yes: The nose can be changed in a variety of ways during surgery. See a rhinoplasty expert to find out how your nose could appear after surgery. Computer imaging is a useful tool to get an idea of how it could be changed with surgery.

ethnic rhino: There are surgeons who specialize in rhinoplasty's. However it is important to seek a consultation with a board-certified surgeon who is comfortable with this type of surgery. Ask to see before and after pictures, and discuss your goals thoroughly.
