Rhinoplasty: The nose heals after rhinoplasty over time. However, if injury occurs soon after the surgery, long-term damage can occur. It would be best for you to see a facial plastic or plastic surgeon (ideally the surgeon who performed the rhinoplasty) to determine if permanent damage has been done to the nose.

Possibly: It depends on where you were hit and how long after your surgery. If you see an obvious difference in appearance or have difficulty breathing you should see your surgeon asap. If you only experienced a little pain and watery eyes which resolved rapidly without swelling or bleeding you'll probably be ok. If in doubt see your surgeon!

Depends: The nose is not full strength for 6 weeks. Also, if it bled it may be fractured. See your surgeon.

Nosejob recovery: Worried enough to follow up with your surgeon to examine your nose to ensure no harm was caused.
