Using : Using a filler to augment your nose is not your best option. Placement of grafts during surgery are a better method to improve your nasal appearance.

Be cautious.: Some fillers can be used to make small changes to the nasal contour. Many products, if injected properly, can accomplish this task (restylane, juvederm, belotero, radiesse, (dermal fillers) etc). Complications can include abnormal lumps, allergic reactions, skin color changes and skin necrosis. If longer term or more significant changes are desired, consult with a qualified surgeon experience in rhinoplasty.

Cartilage, bone,....: In general, the use of natural materials, such as cartilage or bone from the patient, is preferred during rhinoplasty , if possible. Synthetic implants can be safely used in certain areas and circumstances, if necessary. Small irregularities can be filled with injectable fillers, but these are temporary.Any of the above should only be performed by a skilled and experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

Varies: Radiesse, restylane, (dermal fillers) or juvederm are fillers commonly used in the nose. Understand none of them result in permanent corrections. Also, they should only be used for minor corrections.
