Narrow nasal bones: Yes. This is a common complaint that people have and like to be improved with rhinoplasty. In order to narrow that part of the nose, the surgeon must do osteotomies to break the nasal bones in a controlled manner. This does add some bruising and swelling to the surgery, but it significant improves that upper third of the nose by narrowing that area.

Absolutely: A well-done rhinoplasty should be tailored to suit the patient's needs, and should not be a "cookie-cutter" approach. The nose should look natural and be harmonious with the rest of the face. If narrowing the bridge is all that is needed, that is all that should be done.

Yes: The bridge of the nose is commonly narrowed during rhinoplasty. See a facial plastic surgeon to get a consultation.

Nasal refinement: Rhinoplasty can certainly narrow the bridge of your nose. Reshaping the nose is both a technical and artistic challenge, and it's important to choose your surgeon carefully if you decide to pursue this.
