Depends...: Depending on age and the condition of your neck, liposuction may be adequate, but sometimes other procedures (neck lift) are necessary to get good results. See a qualified facial plastic surgeon for a consultation and recommendations. All of my patients end their consultation with my recommendations, a price sheet, and all their questions answered. Depending on location, prices can vary widely.

Yes: In the right patient liposuction of the neck can be very beneficial. However if you have loose skin you may need a facelift to tighten the skin and muscles. The cost of this is so dependent upon what you would need to have done that i would reccommend seeing a plastic surgeon in consultation and then getting a price quote.

Chin augmentation us a common complementary procedure. Costs vary and range from $1500-6000 depending on what is done and where under anesthesia or not.

Neck Lipo: The cost will vary from provider to provider but national averages can be found on the home pages of the american society of plastic surgeons and the american society for aesthetic plastic surgery. Neck liposuction can improve the profile contour of your neck in the right patients with reasonable skin elasticity.

Varies: Submental liposuction (or microliposculpture) is a minimally invasive technique for removing excess deposits of fat under the chin. It can improve the look of a double chin, make the angle between your chin and neck more attractive, and define your jawline. It is not a neck lift, though, so it will not address extra loose skin, neck bands, or facial sagging. The cost varies based on anatomy.

Depends: Many things affect the cost of liposuction. The area of the country, type of anesthesia and which technology is used all come into play. If you are a good candidate, lipo is a great solution to a double chin or saggy neck (especially if using laser). Most docs do free consult so you could find out the cost. http://www.omahacosmeticsurgery.com/real-results/liposculpture/
