Yes, they can: BP can happen to anyone, but it is more often a result of a recent viral infection like shingles. Those facial nerves that are working badly can also be damaged by the ms process. Best wishes for getting through this - it must be a challenge.

Prob not related: Except that they may all affect nerves, these 3 conditions are not felt to be related. MS and Bells palsy could be related, but it is unlikely.
