46 year old male with cerebral palsy (i walk pigeon toed). have low back pain, twitching, low across ab pain, tingling in arms/back. als/ms or paranoi?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Muscle/nerve pain: Back pain is the #1 reason for visits to a family doctor. There are many causes of pain and tingling in the back and arms, most likely pinched nerve or abnormal body mechanics underlying the problems. ALS and MS are extremely unlikely. Consider seeing a Neurologist about the tingling. Your primary care physician should be able to manage your pain.
