Relationships: There have been reports that get shingle have a greater chance to develop ms especially within the year following shingles exposure.

Some thoughts: These are normally all unrelated conditions. Bell's palsy can re-occur. Chronic migraines are very common, not normally associated with any of these. Possible MS- sounds like maybe some symptoms, but not the right test results. Shingles without a rash? That part does not sound right. Shingles should have a rash.

Suggestions: A lot of diagnoses, but in view of your history, I would want to test for sarcoidosis, and get chest film, liver studies and angiotensin converting enzyme. MS is not the usual culprit for Bell's palsy yet migraines can be seen frequently in MS puts.
