Hi, today i was diagnosed with upper airway resistance syndrome (uars) and last week with vocal cord paralysis . are these two have any connections with ms? i have difficulty walking, pins and needles, electrical shock pain along spinal cord. thanks?

Diagnostic dilemma: The lung and vocal cord issues are not features of MS, but some of your symptoms could be associated with such a problem, especially the "electrical shock pain along spinal cord". All of this needs careful correlation. Have you previously had a neurological diagnosis? If not, perhaps time to see neurologist and get this pinned down.
