Some thoughts: What kind of help do you need? It is good if you do not have MS. Stroke and MS are the most likely to cause symptoms of weakness of the right face, arm and leg. Proper evaluation for these conditions and their risk factors should be done by a physician in a clinic or a hospital. A rare cause of these could also be hemiplegic migraine. Do you get headaches with these?

Migraine: Suspect you may have complex migraine events to explain some of this, but cranial nerve issues may be due to other problems, such as meningeal inflammation, and even vasculitis. Some diseases to consider include lupus, sarcoidosis, Lyme disease, etc.
