See details: Do they blanch or turn blue with cold exposure? If so, it may be raynauds. Studies have shown that beta blockers such as atenolol will not cause this issue. Have it evaluated by a doctor if you are concerned.

Hard to make a Dx: It is hard to make a diagnosis on what is written here, but given your age and your sex, the most likely diagnosis would be raynaud's particularly if you drink coffee or smoke.
