When shoveling snow or out in cold weather my fingers get cold & hurt. When I get inside and use warm water its better. They may be red from the cold but not white or blue. Is this raynauds or just normal from the cold and maybe wrong gloves?
For 5 years I have been extremely cold, when everyone else is hot or warm. I am constantly shivering at school, and most of the time my fingers turn purple. I've done some research, and most of my symptoms look like they are symptoms of raynaud's disease.
Can it be raynauds in toes even though color doesn't change & cap. Refill is about 4 seconds on each big toe when they feel cold. It doesn't hurt bad ?
