A member asked:

My toes turn blue/purple when sitting down. white when i elevate them, and red when i get up its been happening for over two years. im 27. no pain. i keep getting it misdiagnosed for raynauds but it happens when warm too. no overweight. no smoker?

Has anyone looked into the obvious ? When you are sitting are you compressing any blood vessels. There are anomalies in the human body. It is an option. Raynauds is a construction, a spasm of the blood vessels when exposed to cold. A vascular surgeon should be considered.
