A member asked:

When cold weather i feel cold toes, no color change, i have elevated antirnp 1.7 last 4yrs and no diagnosis. onset of raynauds or vasculitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: With the information you have given, there definitely not enough evidence for a diagnosis of vasculitis. Raynaud's phenomenon would require a color change. I would not fixate on the positive RNP as a certain percentage of normal individuals have a unexplained positive RNP. Cold toes are quite common.
