No: Cervical cancer is not contagious. Oral sex will not transmit cervical caner. Most cervical cancers are related to hpv infections and hpv is certainly communicable, probably less so by oral sex, but still possible.

You can't "catch" CA: Cancer is not a communicable disease, but human papilloma virus (hpv) is transferable to others (and may be in her mouth) & increases your risk of cervical cancer.
