Unlikely: If your doctor examined and found vagina and cervix to be healthy and you had a baby 14 weeks ago, it is highly unlikely that you have cancer that is causing post-coital bleeding. Try a lubricant like K-Y jelly and if the bleeding recurs, it may warrant a second evaluation by your doctor or a different doctor.
