No: The odds of you have occult or undetected cervical cancer is very low if no lesions were identified on exam or on pap smear. Maybe you are having sex that causes trauma due to force or discordance in genital sizes? Are you adequately lubricated? Lack of lubrication can also cause spotting/bleeding Best wishes Dr M
