Discontinuation: I'm not sure whether you discussed stopping your Cymbalta (duloxetine) with your doctor first? It seems you have tapered too quickly and are now having discontinuation symptoms (the "brain zaps" and headache.) these would most likely dissipate if you go back at least to your 15 mg Cymbalta (duloxetine) dose -- and call your doctor tomorrow (monday). The 2 of you need to discuss what's next.

Go see your doctor: S/he can discuss potential options after evaluating you. You're already taking 2 forms of a highly addicting & potentially dangerous narcotic, so beware of rebound headaches, too. Serious: This is a porentially serious situation . Can't give any advise other than that you discuss with your physician why you decided to stop taking cymbalta (duloxetine).

Withdrawal sx likely: Hopefully you were tapered off by your prescribing md. Sometimes it may require a longer period of tapering depending in how long you were on the medication. Talk to prescribing md about your symptoms. Good luck.
