I'm having bad headaches and head pressure. i recently have been weaned off of cymbalta and as i no longer have brain zaps, the pressure and headaches still persist. i feel a little bump on my neck if i press but it doesn't hurt. is it related?

If the bump is a thyroid nodule & is overactive it will cause symptoms. Has your MD examined this bump? Has a neurologist evaluated the cause of your headaches & advised you? If not, consult one. Appropriate testing will be done.
