75 hours roughly: half life of drug is about 15 hours. Need 5 half lives to clear 95% from your system. HOWEVER, this is NOT a medicine you should just stop. It MUST be weaned SLOWLY. If thinking of stopping, please discuss with your doctor. Dr. R
