I am on 30mg cymbalta (duloxetine) at nite.each morning i wake with a nagging headache that lasts all day.should i take them during the day.please advise.

See details: Headaches are a common side effect of cymbalta (duloxetine). You can try changing the dosage schedule but that may not help. Sometimes the headaches will resolve with time but sometimes a switch to another med is needed.
