Make sure that you: Do not have feve tooth pain , purrulent nasal discharge . If that is the case you can use saline nasal spray , afrin nasal spray only for three days abd Flonase nasal spray. Have enough fluid. Good luck.

Allergies: Your symptoms sound like they could be allergies. You could try an antihistamine like allegra, Claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec. The "d" stands for decongestant. All of these medications are over-the-counter, have generic forms and come packaged with or without decongestants. Can also try rinsing your nose with saline which can open things up and cleanse the nose.
