Allergic rhinitis: Colds don't usually last 2 months. Occasional specks of blood aren't usually worrisome but it's always a good idea to have your doc take a peek to be sure nothing serious is going on. More likely allergies if sneezing, itchy runny congested nose, itchy watery eyes, etc. Perhaps seasonal. Many allergy medications are available w/o prescription, at least in the states (not sure about canada).
