23 year old female have only symptoms of sneezing runnynose and nasal congestion for 2 years,cirrently living in russia?

If these symptoms are persistent and not seasonal, you may have vasomotor rhinitis which is non allergic. Chronic sinusitis is another possibility. Vasomotor rhinitis may be aggravated or triggered by changes in temperature& barometric pressure,odors, eating hot foods,spicy foods. Is worth trying antihistamines pills& nasal sprays ( astelin has been helpful) & corticosteroid nasal spray. See ENT
