May not need meds: To reduce nasal and sinus congestion, try vapor rub, vapor bath, elevate your head overnight with extra pillows under it, use a cool mist humidifier in the bedroom, drink tea with honey to treat the cough, use saline nasal spray to keep from getting nosebleeds and to keep the nasal discharge clear and running (instead of thick and clogged). Neti pot may help as well.
