Hi. when i consume alcohol, nasal congestion and sneezing occurs. what can i do or take for this? thank you.

Avoidance?: You already know that avoiding alcohol would be the best answer. However you may also consider taking an antihistamine with a decongestant about 1-2 hrs prior to see if this helps. Are you sure that you don't have these symptoms at other times? If you do have some nasal symptoms most of the time, a nasal steroid used daily may be of benefit.
