Viral uri: Upper respiratory tract viral infections usually last 7 days. If you're able to take a combination antihistamine and decongestant medication and for a short time use a decongestant nasal spray, these often provide good relief. Tylenol (acetaminophen) helps the headache. Your pharmacist can help with the brand names. If pregnant, check with your doctor first.
