RLS v sleep v memory: I agree w/dr. Herrington. While your memory loss predates your poor sleeping & rls, i would focus on your RLS 1st in order to improve/resolve poor sleep which is necessary for optimal memory, since you're not depressed & have normal mri. It would still be a good idea to get basic set of labs checked. Also some link between menopause & cognition. Don't forget outside stressors, eg job money family.
