Check Neck: Neck and scalp muscles frequently can trigger migraine headaches. You need to see a physician familiar with these problems. You might also try some massage therapy to the neck to see if that helps. If so-there may be an appropriate intervention that could be done like trigger point or greater occipital nerve injections.
