Al least 50%: It should be at least 50%. More important, however, is if the injection of cck at the time of the study replicates your pain. If so, cholecystectomy may be in order.

GBEF...: Gallbladder ejection fraction should be at least 50%. If gbef is 30 - 35%, often physicians will consider cholecystectomy depending on the clinical scenario.
