Usually gb disease: Decreased ejection fraction is less than 35%. May mean chronic gall bladder disease or biliary dyskinesia. If symptoms of biliary colic (gall bladder disease) may receive relief with gall bladder removal. Work up of gall bladder disease usually includes ultrasound study looking for gall stones.
