Evaluation: Ecg will show your heart rhythm at the time it is done. If your ECG was normal in the er, it was normal. Non-sustained ventricular tachycardia should be fully investigated. It may respond to medications. See your doctor for further evaluation.

Not sure: If you are having non sustained venticular tachycardia and crushing cp, I am surprised, they sent you home with checking ekg only?. I am not sure I have all the info. Typically CP and nsvt together we do admit pt, r/o for heart attack and then do ischemia evaluation with stress imaging or cardiac cath, if symptoms are convincing.
