Many causes: Central Pain could be from Heart conditions like coronary artery disease, Heart burn(Acid Reflux) Esophageal spasm or peptic ulcer disease. You need a medical doctor to check you and find the exact cause and then treat the cause. It will take continued follow up with your doctor till the problem has been resolved.
