Sudden hr increase to 110-165 daily w/dyspnea & tight chest for up to 10+ min. throat can get tight w/prominent vein in front. extreme fatigue, two pre-op ekg's with bbb's in 21' & nsvt dx in 01'. have anxiety, but happens w/out stress for months now?

These episodes of tachycardia are worrisome and must be documented & the nature of the arrhythmia identified by outpatient heart monitoring. Your history of bundle branch block & nonsustained V Tach are also concerning. A heart rate of up to 165 is not simple sinus tachycardia from anxiety. Consult a cardiologist electrophysiologist for best evaluation, care and follow-up.
