These episodes of tachycardia are worrisome and must be documented & the nature of the arrhythmia identified by outpatient heart monitoring. Your history of bundle branch block & nonsustained V Tach are also concerning. A heart rate of up to 165 is not simple sinus tachycardia from anxiety. Consult a cardiologist electrophysiologist for best evaluation, care and follow-up.
