Should i be worried about a borderline abnormal t-wave on my otherwise normal ekg? my blood work and chest x-ray were normal. went in for chest discomfort and palpitations. but i also suffer from severe panic attacks and hypothyroidism?

How does any test apply to me? To answer that it should be understood that test results are taken into account with the things the patients, says, the examination, lab tests, and all other diagnostic tests. T waves inversions are sometimes concerning and sometimes not. Have you had an echocardiogram

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The doctor who examined you would be in a better position to advise you.
