Unfortunately those tests don't rule out coronary artery disease or an impending coronary event. A maximal treadmill stress test does accomplish this, but I would first recommend a consultation with a cardiologist to determine if a stress test us advisable.

If the chest heaviness and left shoulder pain occur with activity and are relieved with rest, it could still be related to the heart regardless of the ECG and the blood test results. If on the other hand, your symptoms are unrelated to activity and are of prolonged duration(hours) , negative blood tests and normal ECGs are reassuring. Discuss this with your doctor who knows you better.
