My mission as Coach MD is for you to achieve total wellness—having more control over your life than you ever thought was possible. Turning sickness into health and health into optimal wellness—mind, body, and spirit working as one. This is transformational healthcare! Who is Dr. Glassman: Charles
Glassman, MD ,
FACP is founder of the NY Center for
Longevity Wellness located in Pomona, NY. Besides being recognized as an
integrative physician, Dr. Glassman is now known as <i>Coach MD</i>. He has practiced general internal medicine, for over 20 years,
in Rockland County, NY. His mission as Coach MD is for
people to achieve total wellness and attain optimal health that
reaches beyond the usual methods of diagnosis and medical treatments. His goal
is for people to have more control over their lives than they ever
thought possible—mind, body and spirit working as one unit. As Coach
MD, Dr. Glassman works to help heal not only a broken physical bodies but
broken spirits as well. He has come to learn that what gets people sick and
what keeps them well are one in the same—their ability to manage the challenges
of everyday life. Everything he does works to help people not only manage, but
thrive. Coach MD on Facebook is now over 57,000 followers.
Dr. Glassman has recently launched his transformational <i>Pulse

enjoys m editation, writing, fitness,
yoga, running, tennis, swimming, golf, skiing, fishing, computer, music, sailing,
playing drums in various bands, playing conga drums in several bands, dancing; quality
time with my wife and four children. Dr. Glassman was f ormerly
trained in the martial arts (USA GoJu) achieving the rank of second-degree
black belt and has completed two New York City Marathons. He lives in Rockland County, New York with his wife, four children, and dog
