May be: An arrhythmia. Talk to your doctor a holter monitor may help catch the arrhythmia when it occurs. It sends you to the Er. Then it resolves. Talk to your doctor about this possibility

Holter test: May need a 24 hour Holter monitor or a 30 day event monitor to capture the event, if you are still experiencing these palpitations. Folllow up with a heart specialist.
