No magic answer: I tell my spine patients there's no magic answer when it comes to mattresses. In general, i tell them whichever one feels the best to them is the one they ought to use.

Varies: Despite popular commercials, the selection of a comfortable mattress is somewhat arbitrary. It is one of the few products consumer reports wont rate cause there is not much objectivity to it. Usually a matress should be form enough to provide support, but also soft enough to match you contour and allow your spine to be in a neutral position. Thank you for the question.
