Best quality for $: Forget about his size curve, it does not factor into your choice of bed. You want a bed that is comfortable-usually a relatively firm mattress that is good quality for cost or has a good term warranty & return policy! all mattresses will wear out especially if not rotated regularly and if you are heavy or obese. Our ancestors slept on leaves, branches , grasses & even hides!

Varies: The mild nature of the curve would not really affect your mattress choice. In other words, there is nothing about having a minor scoliosis that, in and of itself, should affect the choice of a mattress. In general, mattresses should be firm enough to support the back, but have some give in them to follow the natural contours of the spine. Thank you for your question.
