Yes.: The mouthwash's antibacterial and cleaning effects are while "rishing" inside your mouth. None are good to swallow. Rinsing your mouth afterwards is not a bad idea!

You could, but: I would stay away from all alcohol containing mouthwashes until it is healed. For now you could just use the saltwater.
