Need More Info: Ulcerated areas in the oral cavity can be related to a number of different causes. With your history of having them once or twice a week, a more thorough examination and more information would be recommended.

See DDS: See your dentist for a differential diagnosis. If apthous ulcers, the dentist can use a laser to lessen the duration and severity.

Try: Try dabbing Orabase-B or Kennalog in Orabase onto ulcer w Q-tip. More important, see your Dentist to try to determine cause of ulcers, then treat the cause.

Recurring red lumps/ulcers that cover throat and back of tongue + lumps either side of the tonsil. Very painful, I have good oral hygiene and I'm not B12 deficient. I gargle salt water when it's more severe. What could it be and why is it happening?
