Can i use mouthwash 1 week post-op gum graft? have been only using salt water rinse but mouth feels yucky. if so, can you please recommend one for breath while my gums fully heal?

No do not use OTC mouthwash yet! wait until your doctor tells you it is alright to return. However you should be able to brush and use paste around the rest of your mouth at this stage. But ask your doctor!

Rinse with hydrogen peroxide and water, half and half in cup or glass. It promotes healing and kills most bacteria. The taste is better.
