You could, but: I would stay away from all alcohol containing mouthwashes until it is healed. For now you could just use the saltwater.

Yes: It does not hurt to rinse with mouth wash since it base antibacterial effect, the salt and water just to help it heal faster.

Agree w Dr May: Tongue - Rinse your mouth out after each time you eat and before you got o bed at night. Antibacterial mouthwash without alcohol may be used.
