Doctor Visit: You need to see a doctor for a throat swab to see if you have strep throat, mono or something else. Could also be seasonal allergies kicking into gear.

Cannot diagnose: Based on the things you have said, this is probably a self-limiting illness, but would need far more history, physical exam and perhaps some lab tests to tell you exactly what is going on. If the night sweats keep up, write down all times and symptoms and take them with you to see your pcp and get evaluated. Good luck and feel better soon.
