My husbands has sinus type symptoms,face pain,teeth pain,slight sore throat,headache,on & off for over 3 mths,took augmentin,seems to improve but comes back, had fever for a day at one point, could this be covid-19 for this long? no known exposure.

Otolaryngologist: Have him evaluated by an Otolaryngologist. He may have a stubborn bacterial sinusitis and wasn't taking antibiotics long enough to eradicate it. A ct scan of the paranasal sinuses should be done if he hasn't had one yet.

Probably not Covid: But something is causing your husband's symptoms. 3 months is too long to go diagnosed. Surely it must have occurred to him by now that he may need professional care to fully recover. His tooth pain may be from infected sinuses, or infected sinuses may be due to infected teeth. He should see both General Physician and General Dentist, now.
