Follow up with doc: Please follow up with your doctor. It sounds as if you are still not doing well even with therapy for the as, so additional testing may be needed determine if you may have developed another condition in addition to the as or if the medication isn't adequately treating your symptoms and needs to be changed or additional ones added. Consider seeing a rheumatology specialist if you haven't before.
