Yes: See your psychiatrist for other options. Possible increase in dose could help. Also seeing a therapist could be helpful as well as sometimes depression and fibro are linked.

Lyrica (pregabalin): Neurontin is off label for fibromyalgia but can be effective. Lyrica (pregabalin) is a newer medication that does have fda approval for use in fibromylagia. The two drugs are similar. I'd ask your provider to consider changing you, at least to evaluate it's potential.

Increase gaba dose: It may be the current dose has become ineffective rather than the medication. Increase the dose to at least 2, 400 mg daily before giving up and changing meds.

AGREE: Give dosage adjustment a trial, but may do better with different form of gabapentin, such as gralise, or horizant, once daily forms. You likely would get more from Lyrica or cymbalta, or savella (milnacipran).

Savella (milnacipran): Savella (milnacipran) is another approved medication for fibromyalgia. Off label therapies include tricyclic antidepressants, thyroid supplementation if indicated, bhrt if indicated, and others. An as aggressive exercise program as you can handle will also help.
