Not bad: If approached through the groin, you would have linear scar there, but such scars tend to be very cosmetic as they are in the lines of skin tension. If approached transcrotally, there would be a linear scar there.

Yes...: Known to us, any incision will heal up with a scar, but barely visible in time, .
