Are there any sides effect of not doing the communicating hydrocele repaire?

Will not resolve: Unless younger than 1-year-of-age. Sympoms are that hydrocele enlarges during the day when subject is up and about and reduces in size when recumbent. Will also enlarge and can be uncomfortable or even painful with coughing or sneezing.

Communicating hydroc: There are 2 types of hydrocele communicating and non-communicating , a communicating hydrocele means that there is a communication between the sac around the testis (tunica vaginalis) and the peritoneal abdominal cavity, so this is a potenhernia, if there is an increase in the size of the communication it may result in trappment of the abdominal contents i.e. The bowel and fat in the scrotal sa.
