Hydrocele: If your hydrocele was simply aspirated in the office with a syringe, it is very likely to recur. If you had an open incisional procedure to remove the hydrocele either it was done incorrectly or blood has now cumulated in the scrotum creating a hematoma. Either way you should discuss it with a urologist.
